A suitcase may be built to travel, but getting it safely from our factory to our customers still requires careful protection.

At NEOQUILON, packaging is not simply the final step before shipping. It is part of our commitment to product quality.

Before shipment, each suitcase is carefully inspected and securely packed. We use protective foam boards on all four sides of the suitcase, with additional foam protection at the bottom of the carton. This helps absorb impact, reduce movement, and protect the suitcase from pressure, scratches, and potential damage during long-distance transportation.

Once the product is protected, the outer carton is securely sealed and prepared for shipment. From factory handling and loading to international transportation and final delivery, we take every step seriously to help ensure that our products arrive in good condition.

Shipping Time

For standard international shipments, the typical transportation time is approximately 14–20 days, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local logistics conditions.

For faster shipping routes, delivery can typically take approximately 10–14 days.
